That’s why we’ve created Estrid — a (100% vegan) 5-blade razor, specifically designed for those of us who believe that the hair removal process should be a pain-free affair on the skin, the wallet and for the planet 💜

The starter kit

A starter kit from Estrid includes everything you’ll need for your new shaving experience.

For 95 SEK/9.95€ /95 NOK you’ll receive an Estrid handle, a razor holder and two (2) 5-blades razors with a soothing vegan strip. Oh, (and just in case!) add a travel case to you new shaving-buddy for an extra 69 SEK/6.95€ /69 NOK 💜

The subscription

When you order a Estrid starter kit, you will automatically sign up for a subscription on cartridges for you new razor-buddy. It’s up to you how often you want new blades. The refills will be delivered right to your mailbox for 119 SEK/ 9.95€/ 129 NOK (free shipping) 👋

Each subscription refill contains four (4) vegan razor cartridges, each blade has five premium-steel blades for a smooth shaving experience. And HEY! No strings attached - Feel free to break up at any time. 💜

You can change your subscription under “My account”. You will receive login information after your first purchase.

How does the payment work?

You can choose between paying by bank card or Paypal. 💳 How does the payment of the refills work? As soon as the order has been created, the payment process will be activated. Depending on which payment method you have selected, the amount will be deducted from your account or credit card. When the payment has gone through, the package will be sent straight to your door! If you have any questions, just contact us and we will help you! 👋🏼

To return your package you have to erase/draw over your address and clearly mark the address of the sender (Exacta AB), you are responsible for the costs of the return. When we receive your package in return, we will repay you through Klarna!

How long is the delivery time?

How does the subscription work?

How do I pause/cancel my subscription?

No strings attached! 💜 You can pause or *cancel your subscription whenever you want under "My account". No extra charge or hidden costs. You can activate the subscription again whenever you like under “Resume”.

*If you choose to cancel the subscription make sure that you never want to reactivate the subscription again.

*Have you received an order confirmation on your next refill delivery, it's already been processed by us and therefore cannot be changed. You need to pause (or cancel 💔) your subscription 24 hours before your next order is about to be delivered.

How does the payment work?

The payment is handled by our very smoooth partner; Klarna 🦄

You can choose between direct payment or invoice.

And how about the subscription payment?

When it's time for your next refill order the payment will be charged automatically if you chose direct payment and if you chose invoice you will receive an invoice in Klarna.

Can I extend my invoice?

You can always snooze (and no, you will not loose) your invoice by logging into your account at Klarna or contact Klarna directly.

I want to buy separate accessories!

Right now we don’t offer a smooth option for buying extra accessories (sorry!!), but we are working on it and hope that we can make you shaving routine easier soon!

* The travel case can be purchased separately for a little extra fee 🍑 (Add a starter kit + travel case in your cart and then remove everything but the travel case)

* You can’t buy separate handles and wall holders since they are packaged in our starter kit. However you can order as many starter kit as you’d like!

* You can order as many refills as you need. Log in to “My account” and add extra refills to your next delivery 👏

Do you want to give a starter kit without a subscription? Then order the starter kit as usual and then pause or cancel the subscription under “My account”. The person that receives the Estrid can activate their own subscription if they like! 💜

What does the razor blades contain?

How do I attach the razor holder?

The wall holder for your Estrid works best on smooth surfaces, such as glass or mirror and works fine on tile that's smooth. A tip is to moist the suction cup lightly (lick on it if you dare or moist it with some water) and press it against the wall/mirror and hold for a little while 🛀 Voila!
