These terms and conditions will apply to your participation in the Estrid Referral Program on the website https://estrid.com (‘the Website’). By participating in the program you agree to the following terms and conditions.

DEFINITIONS

‘Sender’ refers to the person with an Estrid account who shares the referral link to invite friends to join Estrid, hence receiving rewards for inviting friends through the program. 
‘Receiver’ refers to the person with no previous Estrid account who signs up for an Estrid subscription using the referral link, hence receiving a discount for signing up through the program.

‘Referral link’ or ‘referral code’ refers to the unique link of each sender which can be found in their account, for example on https://estrid.com/account/friends.

‘Credit’ or ‘credits’ refers to the reward the sender receives after the receiver has utilised the referral code.

‘Referral discount’ refers to the discount that is applied when the receiver signs up through the referral link.

GENERAL

The value of the referral discount and amount of credits given to the sender is subject to change for different time periods, campaigns, markets etc. The current offer of the referral program is displayed on the website.

APPLICATION OF DISCOUNT

The referral link is only valid for new users, and cannot be applied to an already existing account. The referral discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount codes or offers on the website.

APPLICATION OF CREDITS

The credits earned as a sender can be applied to future orders in your account on https://estrid.com/account/friends. You cannot redeem more credits than the value of your next subscription order. The credits can only be applied to subscription orders, and not on one-time purchases.

SHARE LIMIT

The referral link is intended to be personally shared with friends and family, and is not permitted to be distributed in mass social media or publicly in social forums such as influencer’s accounts, Facebook groups or coupon sites. Sharing on social forums can lead to credits being removed from the user’s account.

As a sender you are limited in how often and to how many receivers you can share the link with. You can see how many shares you have left in your account. The receiver must sign up using the link for it to count as a share. If the receiver does not sign up using the link, the sender can share the link to another friend.

OUR RIGHTS

If you do not comply with these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to disqualify you from participating in the program, and to disqualify any credits earned by noncompliance with the terms. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
