Frontend Developer 📝
As a Frontend Developer, you will be a key player in the building of a strong Tech team with high-quality output and create a culture of innovation and playfulness. You will, together with the team, own the responsibility for the design and development of new functionality spanning multiple projects using the latest technology to ensure that our goals and targets are constantly over-achieved and that we remain on track to developing one of the world’s most impactful brand-building organizations, ever.

As a Backend Developer, you will be a key player in the building of a strong Tech team with high-quality output and create a culture of innovation and playfulness. You will, together with the team, own the responsibility for the design and development of new functionality for our eCom platform spanning multiple brands to ensure that our goals and targets are constantly over-achieved and that we remain on track to developing one of the world’s most impactful brand-building organizations, ever.
Business Controller / Analyst 📈
As Business Controller / Analyst, you will play a key role in further enhancing our data driven decision culture. You have thorough knowledge of the business and financial processes of Estrid and ensure stellar insights and provide high quality presentations about our financial and business performance to support strategic decisions and operational improvements. The role is a key partner in the finance team and collaborates closely with all departments.
As CFO, you will play a key role both strategically and operationally to drive the company’s continued growth and development. You will lead and be responsible for our financial activities and lead the strategic work linked to the company’s business model and financial management, to ensure our targets are constantly over-achieved and to maximize long term value creation. This includes strategic responsibilities like capital structure optimization, fundraising, long term planning and overall financial analyses to optimize our business and financial results, combined with leading the finance team.
Creative Copywriter 💎
As our Copywriter, you will join the Creative team and work together with other Copywriters & Designers to ideate, write, and execute creative copywriting, concepts, and activations. You’ll mostly be writing for our Performance Marketing and Social Media channels, looking to improve our communication and output. At Estrid we are open to doing things differently, so you can really make an impact here.

Help & FAQ
Our People team reviews each application narrowing down the search to a handful of key candidates based on the application material submitted. A lot of thought and time goes into considering who will be asked for an interview.
Our interviews happen in stages, depending on the role and how senior the position is. The process can include anywhere between 1-4 interviews. The first meeting is typically casual, it’s an opportunity for us to get to know each other and ask any burning questions.
As a first step, we’ll usually meet over video (or a phone call) and we’ll mainly talk about your experiences, skills, and how you and Estrid could be a match made in heaven ☁️
Remember that you can ask as many questions as you want!
Waiting sucks, but some things just can’t be rushed. We do our utmost to ensure that the process is as frictionless as possible and provide candidates with an answer as soon as we can for all steps in the hiring journey. Sometimes the sheer amount of applications or some unforeseen change in our growing company makes us lag behind and the waiting time will be a lil’ bit longer. But, we will always get back to you. 💜
A gut feeling is usually a good thing, but not when it comes to expanding our team. When we hire we focus on potential and competence, that’s why some parts of our process are done anonymously, with the support of assessment partners. Our tests, take about 15 min each. There is one logic test and one personality test both set up by an external partner.
If we think your profile matches our requirements we’ll send you a link to the tests as a first step in the process.

Getting the right person, at the right time, for the right position is not an easy thing to do. Finding people that can master the Estrid way is tricky. To make sure we understand your full potential we might use a case as a part of the final step of our recruitment process. It’s basically there to make it easier for us to understand your skills and for you to be able to fill in any potential gaps in your portfolio or experiences. Nothing too fancy or complicated, and nothing that takes hours and hours to complete. Just something that gives us an idea of you as our next colleague, and for you to get a sense of what you will be doing if you join us.
This request will only be sent to the final applicants. The case is only viewed for recruiting purposes and never shared internally.
Getting a no
Maybe things didn’t work out this time. A no doesn’t mean that we didn’t like your personality, or that something went south during your interview. It just means that right now it wasn’t a perfect match. Maybe the timing was off or we needed a very specific skill set. You’ll do other great things instead!

Since the start, we’ve had 7 interns, of which 3 now have a full-time job at Estrid. And good to mention, all of our internships are paid.

Good to know
During the last year, we have grown from a team of 30 to more than 70 people, which means that we’re growing quickly! But our growth speed also means that sometimes the needs for a specific role change mid recruitment process. Sometimes a role is open for application for a long period of time, and as long as it’s open you are free to apply.
