Open Positions
Accountant
As our Accountant for Accounts Payable, you make sure every supplier liability is recorded accurately, approved efficiently, and paid on time. You’ll report to the Head of Accounting and sit right at the heart of Finance, where clean numbers and on-time payments protect our vendor relationships, our cost accuracy, and our financial control across every market we operate in.
But this isn’t only an operational role. AP is where a lot of repetitive, manual work still lives — and that’s exactly the opportunity. You’ll use AI tools, prompts, and lightweight automation to strip out the manual steps, raise the quality of our accounting work, and help shape how a modern finance team actually operates. Along the way you’ll work closely with Supply Chain, our Marketing teams, and our external VAT advisory partner.
Global Trade Marketing Manager
Reporting to the Head of B2B, the Global Trade Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the full retail marketing strategy through effective communication, development and implementation of strategic plans that enhance our brand presence and drive sales in the retail channel. They will collaborate closely with cross functional teams, including Sales, product development, marketing, IM and PM to create compelling campaigns and promotions.

The Estrid journey
Inclusivity. Disruption. Playfulness. While the hair removal industry is dominated by the big guys who’ve been around for over a hundred years, we’re on a mission to serve up something a little (okay, a lot ) different. We’re unapologetically inclusive, always body positive, and dedicated to making your personal care routine fun, easy and vegan. No matter your gender, race, age or personal care preferences—everyone gets a seat at our table.
Founded in 2019 in Stockholm, Sweden, Estrid has scaled from an ambitious three-person startup to a team of over 80, launched in 16 markets, built a community of like-minded people and gathered a team of exceptional talent—and we’re just getting started.

Join the adventure
We’re proud of the work we’ve done so far, but there’s much more to do. And we want it to do it better, bolder, and in even more unexpected ways. We’re reaching for the stars and beyond, and to get there we need amazing people. People who are passionate, ambitious, smart, and respectful. People who aren’t afraid of dreaming big and challenging the status quo. People from different backgrounds, with different approaches and world views. People that want to make a real difference. We look forward to hearing from you!

Recruitment process
Our recruitment process consists of multiple stages, with the number of stages varying based on the role and its level of seniority.
Initial Meeting: The first meeting is usually with a member of our People team. This is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and address any initial questions you may have.
Hiring Manager Interview: The next meeting is typically with the hiring manager. During this stage, you'll gain a deeper understanding of the role, its responsibilities, and our expectations.
Case Study: Following the interviews, you'll be given a case study to prepare at home. This exercise allows you to demonstrate your skills and problem-solving abilities. You will then present your case to our team.
Final Step: As we approach the final stages of our recruitment process, the CEO often meets with the final candidate. This meeting provides a chance for a final alignment and discussion of the company's vision and goals.
We aim to make the recruitment process thorough yet engaging, ensuring a good fit for both you and Estrid.
Diversity & Inclusion
We know that we achieve great things when we bring diverse ideas to the table.

Good to know
During the last years, our team has grown rapidly. But our growth speed also means that sometimes the needs for a specific role change mid-recruitment process. Sometimes a role is open for application for a long period of time, and as long as it’s open you’re welcome to apply.
