How do I create an account?
Your account is created when you’ve placed your first order. You can also create a new account via https://estrid.com/account/register
Where can you see how many credits I've earned?
You can see how many credits you've earned in your Estrid account. Log in and go to the “Invite Friends” tab to see your current credits.
How do the credits work?
- You receive credits every time someone orders through your referral link.
- Your credits can then be applied to your next refill order.
- Credits expire after 12 months.
How do I use my credits?
When you’ve shared your referral link with friends and received credits, you can redeem them on your next refill order. You can see your available credits in your Estrid Account.
Can I use my credits on all products?
No. You can only use your credits on razor blade or deodorant refills on your next subscription order.
Can I combine credits and promo codes?
Nope. It’s not possible to combine credits with promo codes.
