"Everything was handled so well and fast. My Handle broke so I consulted customer service for a replacement. My case was handled so quick and easy. The only thing I was a little sad about is that my limited edition „aurora“ handle broke but I couldn’t get the current limited edition „pearl“ as a replacement. So I choose „chrome“ and I really really like it. I love Estrid and would never go for another razor again. The blades are super sharp and last very long. And due to the subscription I never run out."
