How does Estrid work with diversity and inclusion?
-All Estrid BIPOC employees have the option to join an anonymous Slack group providing feedback and perspective on internal and external work across all departments.
– We are working with external recruitment agencies to ensure we reach more BIPOC candidates for positions across all levels of experience from entry to managerial.
-In 2020 Estrid donated 100K equally to three organisations supporting Black Lives Matter. The chosen organisations were Grassroots Law Project, Color of Change and NAACP Legal Defence & Education Fund.
-We have implemented a mandatory Diversity and Anti-racism presentation as part of our onboarding.
-We conduct internal, anonymous Diversity & Inclusion surveys to address and identify where we fall short from all perspectives.
-We have entered into a partnership with Part, providing 50,000 SEK of foundational support, we will alert them to new job openings and host an event to present our organisation.
