Where is my order?

How do I pause/cancel my subscription?

No strings attached! You can pause (or cancel 🥺) your subscription by clicking on 'Account' from your account page. If you'd rather postpone or change the date of dispatch, you can do so under “My Subscriptions”. ✨

I have paid for my order but have not received my package.

You can keep track of your subscription and future deliveries from your account under “My subscriptions” and “Order history”. The payment is drawn at the same time as we send out your package from our warehouse, so it can take a few days until the blades are delivered. 💌

Hair removal should be optional. Great hair removal shouldn’t. That’s why we’ve created Estrid — a (100% vegan) 5-blade razor, specifically designed for those of us who believe that the hair removal process should be a pain-free affair for the skin, the wallet and for the planet. 💜

What is included in The Starter Kit?

The Starter Kit has everything you’ll need for your new shaving experience. It includes a steel handle, a wall mount and two 5-blade razor heads with a soothing (vegan) strip. 💜

How does the subscription work?

When you order The Starter Kit, you automatically sign up for a subscription on razor blades for your new razor-buddy. Each delivery contains four vegan razor heads with five premium-steel blades for a smooth shaving experience. The blades will be delivered right to your mailbox (with free, climate-compensated shipping)! 👋

It’s up to you how often you want new blades, every 60, 90 or 120 days. Payments will be made automatically through your chosen payment method. And hey! No strings attached — feel free to break up at any time. 💜 You can change your subscription from your account.

How does Estrid work with sustainability?

    How do I pause/cancel my subscription?

    No strings attached! You can pause (or cancel 🥺) your subscription by clicking on 'Account' from your account page. If you'd rather postpone or change the date of dispatch, you can do so under “My Subscriptions”.

    How do I make changes to my subscription?

    Under “My Subscriptions” you can:

  • Change delivery dates
  • Postpone your next delivery
  • Order single products or add them to your subscription

    Can I buy a Starter Kit only?

    A subscription is created for every Starter Kit ordered, but you can always log in to your account and cancel the subscriptions you don’t want. No extra costs! Smooth, right? 🍒

    Can I buy razor blades only?

    Yes! You can start a new razor blade subscription without buying The Starter Kit by clicking on the razor blades under "Products" 💜

    How do I buy your other products?

    You can purchase our body care products and cases from our product page or from your account under “My subscriptions”. Choose whether you want to add them to your next shipment or order separately. 🛁 Oh, and also, if you need an extra handle & wall mount, that can be found in your account.

    Can I give Estrid as a gift?

    At the moment we don’t have gifting with a subscription as an option, but you can always order a Starter Kit as usual (to your or the recipient’s address) and then just cancel the subscription afterwards. 🦄

    How is Estrid vegan?

    The lubricating and gentle strip on the razor is completely free from animal byproducts, and no tests have been done on animals. Almost all razors that have a lubricating strip (which is the majority of razors aimed at use for the body) contain Lanolin or Glycerin, which our strip doesn’t. 🌱 All of our body care products are vegan, too!

    What do the razor blades contain?

    Plastic, steel, lubricating strip containing: Cacao (Cocoa) Seed Butter, Butyrospermum Parkil (Shea) Butter, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Vits Vinifera (Grape) Seed Oil, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice Powder, Maltodextrin, Theobroma, PEG-115M, PEG-7M, Tocopherol, Cyclodextrin.

    How do I attach the wall mount?

    The wall mount really loves smooth surfaces like glass, mirrors or bathroom tiles — just make sure that the surface is smooth. Our best tip is to moisten it with water (or lick it if you dare) before attaching it! Press it against the wall/mirror and hold for a little while. 🛁

    How often should I change razor blades?

    We recommend changing your razor blades after 5-7 times of use to keep the blades sharp and smooth. Of course, as shaving is individual, it depends on how large areas you shave. The wall mount will take care of your razor when you’re not around, so please remember to use it! 👋

    Note! The plastic protection is only for keeping your razor heads safe during transportation, and should not be reused.

    What are the body care containers made of?

    The containers are made of green PE; a material based on renewable sources from sugarcane. We always strive to use the most sustainable alternatives possible. 🌱

    Where are your products made?

    Our blades are manufactured in the U.S and our handles and wall mounts are designed in Sweden, and then manufactured in China. We have carefully selected our partners, making sure that they are at the top of their respective fields. All to ensure that we have created the best-quality shaving supplies and body care products for you. The body care products are made, developed and tested in Sweden. 💜
