Estrid

Hair removal should be optional. Great hair removal shouldn’t.

That’s why we’ve created Estrid — a (100% vegan) 5-blade razor, specifically designed for those of us who believe that the hair removal process should be a pain-free affair on the skin, the wallet and for the planet. 💜

The starter kit

A starter kit from Estrid includes everything you’ll need for your new shaving experience.

For 95 SEK/9.95€ /95 NOK you’ll receive an Estrid handle, a razor holder and two (2) 5-blades razors with a soothing vegan strip. Oh, (and just in case!) add a travel case to you new shaving-buddy for an extra 69 SEK/6.95€ /69 NOK. 💜

The subscription

When you order a Estrid starter kit, you will automatically sign up for a subscription on cartridges for you new razor-buddy. It’s up to you how often you want new blades. The refills will be delivered right to your mailbox for 119 SEK/ 9.95€/ 129 NOK (free shipping) 👋

Each subscription refill contains four (4) vegan razor cartridges, each blade has five premium-steel blades for a smooth shaving experience. And HEY! No strings attached - Feel free to break up at any time. 💜

You can change your subscription under “My account”. You will receive login information after your first purchase.

FYI, you'll receive four (4) refill cartridges after 30 days, and thereafter your chosen time period. 🛀

How does the payment work?

The payment is handled by our very smoooth partner; Klarna 🦄

You can choose between direct payment or invoice.

And how about the subscription payment?
When it's time for your next refill order the payment will be charged automatically if you chose direct payment and if you chose invoice you will receive an invoice in Klarna.

Can I extend my invoice?
You can always snooze (and no, you will not loose) your invoice by logging into your account at Klarna or contact Klarna directly.

Sustainability

Estrid works towards a sustainable and nice process for the planet, the wallet and the body. 🍃

* The handles are made out of steel to be more sustainable!
* Our packaging is 100% recyclable and our outer packaging consists of compostable corn (if you smell it you can feel a scent of tacos). 🌽
* The lubricating and gentle strip on the razor blade is completely free from animal ingredients, and no tests have been done on animals. It's 100% vegan!
* A proportion of each purchase goes to the organizations Kvinna till Kvinna and Terre Des Femmes, that work for a more equal and better world for us women (girl power!!)
* Estrid is half the price compared to market-leading competitors (Byeee pink tax💰)

We are also working on the very last details of a unique environmental program, that we would be alone offering and hope (fingers crossed) to start the program as soon as possible. Hopefully Estrid will be a completely neutral and climate positive brand in the future!

Where is my order?

Have you received a shipping confirmation by email? Sit back and relax! The delivery usually takes 5-7 working days. (Germany 8-10 working days.) 🚀

Have you not receive a shipping confirmation by email? No worries! Your order is still being processed and will be sent to you as soon as possible.

I would like to change my order!

If you have received an order confirmation, your order is being processed and can’t be changed. You have 14 days to return your package after receiving it.

To return your package you have to erase/draw over your address and clearly mark the address of the sender (Exacta AB), you are responsible for the costs of the return. When we receive your package in return, we will repay you through Klarna!

How long is the delivery time?

💌When your order has been processed, you will receive a “shipping confirmation” email from us. Estimated delivery time is usually 5-7 business days!

Psst. The delivery to Germany takes a little bit longer, approximately 8-10 working days.

How do I pause/cancel my subscription?

No strings attached! 💜 You can pause or *cancel your subscription whenever you want under "My account". No extra charge or hidden costs. You can activate the subscription again whenever you like under “Resume”.

*If you choose to cancel the subscription make sure that you never want to reactivate the subscription again.

*Have you received an order confirmation on your next refill delivery, it's already been processed by us and therefore cannot be changed. You need to pause (or cancel 💔) your subscription 24 hours before your next order is about to be delivered.

Can I buy more starter kits?

No problem! 💖 Add as many starter kits as you’d like in your cart. Then log in to “My account” and cancel the subscription you don’t need. Smooth, right?

PURCHASE SINGLE ITEMS

I want to buy separate accessories!

Right now we don’t offer a smooth option for buying extra accessories (sorry!!), but we are working on it and hope that we can make you shaving routine easier soon!

* The travel case can be purchased separately for a little extra fee 🍑 (Add a starter kit + travel case in your cart and then remove everything but the travel case)

* You can’t buy separate handles and wall holders since they are packaged in our starter kit. However you can order as many starter kit as you’d like!

* You can order as many refills as you need. Log in to “My account” and add extra refills to your next delivery 👏

I want to give Estrid as a gift!

Do you want to give a starter kit without a subscription? Then order the starter kit as usual and then pause or cancel the subscription under “My account”. The person that receives the Estrid can activate their own subscription if they like! 💜

Do you want to gift an Estrid with a subscription? Order a starter kit and proceed to “My account”, then change your next delivery date and adjust the amount of refills wanted for your order. If you then doesn’t want more packages in the future, pause or cancel your subscription when you’ve received all the advanced refills!

Are you already a customer of ours? No worries, log into ”my account", order a starter kit with subscription as usual but think about the number of subscription you have active so they match your wishes. 🌟

A subscription is always created automatically. However you can log in to “My account” direct after your order and pause/cancel* the subscription. 💜

What does the razor blades contain?

Cacao (Cocoa) Seed Butter, Butyrospermum Parkil (Shea) Butter, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Vits Vinifera (Grape) Seed Oil, Aloe Barbadensis Lead Juice Powder, Maltodextrin, Theobroma, PEG-115M, PEG-7M, Tocopherol, Cyclodextrin.

How do I attach the razor holder?

The wall holder for your Estrid works best on smooth surfaces, such as glass or mirror and works fine on tile that's smooth. A tip is to moist the suction cup lightly (lick on it if you dare or moist it with some water) and press it against the wall/mirror and hold for a little while 🛀 Voila!

How often should i change razor blades?

This is very individual and depends on how large areas of your body you choose to shave! To keep up the good love with your Estrid and to keep a flawless hygiene routine, we recommend changing your blades after 5-7 times of usage. The holder will take care of your razor when you’re not around, please remember to use it! 👋

*The plastic protection that the razor blades arrive in shall not be reused after removing it.

How do I change razor blades?

1. Press down the button to release the old blade

2. Make sure that the new blade have white strip down

3. Hold the new blade on the edge (be careful!! It's suuuper sharp)

4. Press down the handle slowly in the center of the blade until it's 💥snaps💥 and are in place! Done!

Vegan? How?

The vegan part is in our lubricating strips! The lubricating and gentle strip on the razor is completely free from animal ingredients, and no tests have been done on animals.

Almost all razors that have a lubricating strip (which is a large majority of razors that is used for the body) contain Lanolin or Glycerin, which our strip doesn’t. 🍃

Where are your products made?

Our blades are made in the U.S and our handle is designed by top Swedish industrial designers, and then manufactured in China. We have carefully selected our partners, making sure that they are on top of their respective fields. All to ensure that we have created the best-quality shaving supplies and body care products for you.
